wHO ARE WE?
The Columbus Coalition for the Homeless advocates for a more effective system for serving homeless families and individuals. Coalition Members meet each month to discuss strengths and weaknesses of the local homeless service system and make recommendations for change. The Coalition brings issues forward for discussion with local service providers, city and county officials, and other advocacy groups. Coalition staff work with the community to find ways to improve the system.
Our mission is to reduce homelessness through education, advocacy, and empowerment with the Columbus community.
